Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Tuesday through Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or during business closures.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our Free Shipping service and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 Business Days (Processing + Transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high shipping volume.

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order number to lisadawson8624@gmail.com

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after the 7-day reporting period may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
