After this cancellation window has passed, orders may enter processing to ensure prompt shipment, and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed after cancellation confirmation.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived Yet

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
