Refund Policy
At Tiny Tot's Depot, our mission is to provide quality children's clothing and a seamless shopping experience backed by excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, clear, and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and included materials
- Proof of purchase must be provided
If you accidentally placed an incorrect order, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day return period.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We currently do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return requirements. If a return is due to customer error, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at the shipping carrier location specified on the label.

Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return policy requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
- Send the photos along with your order details to: lisadawson8624@gmail.com
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without sufficient photo evidence may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
